I was doing some checks on cities and Chetumal, Benito Juarez, and Candelaria are all at 5 hours. There aren't a ton of cities that are large enough I'd think would have an office open on the weekends. If this isn't just a paypig shakedown because he doesn't think they've been giving enough.

Chetumal is almost exactly 5 hours and along the border with Belize. I wonder if he's realized that the truck is not legally permitted in Mexico and is taking the truck back and forth across the border in an attempt to regularize its status.

He implied that he's driving back towards the US, but five hours is nowhere near long enough a drive to get anywhere close.
