I watched the end of that stream and thought "My God, I just watched someone die."

I'm in health care and have never, EVER seen anyone that zonked.

I don’t think vomit is going to be as big a problem as him just stopping breathing because it’s too much work.

The xanny overdose is suppressing the involuntary muscle function of his diaphragm.

Regular old sleep apnea fucks people up pretty bad

Mexico will be the death of him. Without barriers to copious amounts of prescription drugs and no external force to keep him in check he will be loaded to the teeth 24/7. A mere trip the USA courts or stint in jail could see him go through thrashing withdrawals and consequence.

I hope he has to go back to court soon so I can see a fully loaded Ralph rip into a judge. If he has to have a clean drug test to see his kid he might as well just forgo the kids existence .

The material he has given us in the last 30 days that no doubt will make its way to the judges chambers is going to mean a hell of a life for defendant Ethan Ralph.

Ralph called the cops on himself in his drunken attempt to report Cog to the authorities. He kept getting confused by the Mexican phone system and how to place an outgoing call to law enforcement in the UK. He managed to call the Mexican emergency system while drunk dialing and quickly hung up because that wasn’t what he wanted. The hang-up triggered them to do a welfare check (just like in the USA if you call 911 and there’s dead air or a hang-up, and they can’t call back to verify, they will send a squad car out to see what’s up and if everyone is ok)

I bet he's never fed her, given her a bath, changed her diaper or pushed her stroller.

Notice when they're dining out, Amanda is the one who gets up to tend to Rozy. He only has eyes for his phone/stream & can't be bothered to lift a finger. He'll carry her on camera if only to rub it in Morris' face, out of spite, not love.

LMAO, imagine the only thing keeping you alive is your shitty stream, where people pay to make fun of you. Even Jarbo wasn't this pathetic. He kept his personal life away from his youtube channel. Ralph's entire existence is his shitty streams.
