Does anyone know why he would make an LLC in Wyoming?
Any connections to that state?
Or are the laws there lenient in regards to LLC.

Yeah as I understand it Wyoming is THE state to make an LLC, I am sure some Law-Kiwis can explain why that is.

That's your answer. WY, NV, and FL are the new DE Corp. Cost a few hundred to setup a corporation in WY last time I checked a few years ago.
