Man I got both rosacea and eczema and I don't turn purple like that. You really need to not take care of yourself to turn colors. What I also have (And what the main problem here is if I had to guess) is seborrheic dermatitis. And 90% of the problems caused by all 3 can be mostly cured by using daily dandruff shampoo and rubbing it on your face while you let the shampoo on your head soak it. My dermatologist recommended it, and yes it works. Use a cream or foam if not fully gone.

This dudes face has to be a combination of unclean, drunk, and sunburned in addition to his skin problems

The best case scenario would be how he acted when he broke his chair.
High energy, raising arms over his head, laughing to hide embarrassment would be preferable to another purple face pillstream where he argues with his screen reader while slurring at every word.

Alogs will hate it but Ralph handled the post-pillstream about as good as he possibly could. "Yeah that was crazy, whatever tho" and just move on. His paypigs don't care, they see a man oppressed by the cruelty of a stupid woman who got her neck in the way of his hands and who is keeping Ralph's precious baby from all of the amazing 2nd hand weed smoke it could be inhaling.

They love watching him bumble around like a retard because they've never been invited to actual parties or events so flailing around on drugs alone is what they envision cool people doing and their moms won't let them even do that so they live vicariously through him.

No I’ve seen them do streams where they stream and do drugs. They like him because getting shitfaced and streaming yourself is what they do too.
