EDIT: Ninja'd by @Drama Trauma but I'll not delete it due to speculation on his filming angle/location. Maybe he is hanging like a bat on the ceiling, head and camera pointed towards the ground?

From what Grace posted, Ralph's number shows a Virginia location Midlothian. Not sure how accurate this is.

That just means he has a Virginia area code associated with his phone number. The other number in her caller ID says Phoenix, Arizona because the area code 623 is a Phoenix, Arizona area code. It doesn't mean the caller is necessarily calling from Phoenix.

Assuming he still has his passport, he probably can't afford the international flight to San Diego, or maybe his finances are so bad he has to stay in TJ. I think there's a tunnel that takes you from the TJ airport to the San Diego barrio (like Chula Vista or whatever). That's a long way for piggy to walk though.

Imagine having a fucked up Lovecraftian nightmare of a body, as Ralph does, and calling anyone else anything physically. Much less fat.

Grace will own Ralph, and she's a mental midget. Better than being 5'1" though. (Even funnier if she just no shows.)
 
Does it get any more emotionally damaged than a woman who has been molested and abused by her own dad her entire life? AND she's desperate for internet clout AND she is somehow even less relevant than Ralph?! This would have easily been baby momma #3 for Ralph just 5 years ago, she's basically Faith Vickers on meth, but now even these kinds of women don't want to get gunted anymore. That's probably why he's so mad, he thought this would be an easy slam dunk and she said "lol eeewww?!?!". It's tough.
 
 
Whenever Ralph is in California he constantly has to inform people " I'm here to see my son ". It doesn't really make up for living like a hermit in a shack in Mexico.

On two sperate occasions Ralph has said he was fully committed to taking his own life, but then he got to play hot wheels with a toddler which made him reconsider. A lot of parents say their kids our "my world", but Xander is Ralph's psychological load bearing child.
