This is true, a friend of mine worked in a prison as a psychologist/psychiatrist. Part of this involved teaching classes about how to plan for the future, so essentially how to picture what it is you would like to achieve and how you could plan to achieve it. I used to talk to him about it a lot, for the same reason I use this forum - he would always have funny stories about the strange and ridiculous people who were in the prison.
