Alfredo usually goes with fettuccine noodles

Pasta isn't smooth. It does have a texture to it. That texture is what holds the sauce onto the pasta. So I imagine it will work. It will just be kind of gross because it's spaghetti and not elbow macaroni. You can use those little shells for mac n cheese as well. Like the kind used in Velveeta.

yes spaghetti is fine to use. I'd snap in thirds personally. just cook it first.

alfredo is butter,cream & hint parmesan. cheese taste is not the end goal.

Put some gochujang on that and you have a good meal. Highly recommend gochujang and cheese. It's actually really good. Just make sure to cook the noodles.

Just be a lazy and dip the uncooked spaghetti strings into some cheese dip meant for chips. You could just get some kind of chips or pretzel sticks.
