And if so, how does it work?

I'm also talking about normal men and normal women, not weird troons or faggots or other fucked up deficient humans. Although those are welcome to contribute as well.

Of course they can. Women have even gone so far as to set up a whole zone dedicated to it.

It just works like any other friendship only the parts just don't match up. Really, it just depends on the personalities of the people, but otherwise, there's nothing different about it. If you or they have significant others, sometimes they can cause strain, but as long as there's crystal clear communication, it works out fine.

Yes, the only reason this ever gets complicated is the soyboys who try to friend into a relationship and the types of girls who are either oblivious/don't want to admit that their friend Kevin just wants to have sex with them.

It's not just the dude who's being sneaky about it either. That chick usually is sort of keeping that dick on standby.

Maybe she doesn't want it now, but when that breakup happens, maybe she's glad she had those dicks on tap.

Just speaking as a dude, it's nice when that friendship suddenly has benefits.

I’m friends with dudes I would never fuck, and I’m insulted when people think we’re fucking just because we’re friends. Not only is it sexist, but I have standards, damn it.

I never can understand this. Unless the sex is really mind-blowingly great, it'd be of no benefit.
Whilst I'm sure you're "mind-blowingly great" @AnOminous , the guy better have something I really want, like money or status that I can have as a "benefit" too. Otherwise what is the point? People should have standards.
So of course women and men can just be friends.

(Just to be clear, they wouldn't be things I'd demand or expect from a relationship because that's a mutual benefit. So don't negrate me, you incels, I don't want your Tendiebux.)

Plus, why ruin a friendship for sex? People pretend that fwb situations don’t end like romantic relationships, but they totally do, with acrimony, more often than not.

It's a relationship. Regardless of what people say. You're going to stop fucking that person at some point and one of them are going to get the sads about it. It's a relationship. Actually, I find it quite pathetic to be honest. I even find it more pathetic when people get pregnant from it and then they're both shocked - completely shocked - that it isn't going to work out well.

I mean, it's funny, because I enjoy their misfortune, but it's pathetic as well.

People who are shocked about sex resulting in pregnancies are exactly the sort of people who should not be getting pregnant. And yet...

I have a personal cow I've been watching (She's started making YT vids since she's knocked up so she has potential), who had this happen. The guy was like "but I don't want a baby ABORT" and hates her now/smearing her all over SM and she hates him because he's angry about it all. Rewind to a few months ago and they were both gloating about their FWB hookups and how they are happy they don't have strings attached. No strings, yet they went and found the largest noose you can find instead - a baby.

It's hilarious because they were friends for years and years it seems and boasted about how tight their friendship was and now they're mortal enemies.

(I should add that these aren't kids either, they're in their early 30's and "professionals".)

Are you implying you don't have any standards for your friends? because i hope you do and you deserve better.

One of them is going to watch cat videos that I send to them in text messages. The other is going to put his penis in my vagina and/or other orifices. I like to imagine that the standards for penetration are a little higher. But you’re correct about the lack of clarity in my previous statement.

Definitely, but friendships with people who you are attracted to are definitely prone to more drama/issues. But whenever this question comes up I always feel bad for bisexuals, they can't be friends with anyone :(

I speak from a strictly personal experience but I have never felt the need to have a friend who is female.

having a good friend in life is divine blessing & a female can't provide you the broesqe company.

will she be there when you are drinking in depression to comfort you by calling your ex a filthy whore.

will she despite her schedule try to arrange a reunion .

will she be there when you are about to fight in club because some1 bumped into you & fucked up your shitty day in office.

the answer is no my negro friends ( again there may be a cultural bias here).

for crying out loud female race bitch about their close female friends forget being there for a guy friend.
