Calling on the Religious Left to Protect Trans Kids​

Forgive me for my anger, but I am not mincing words now. I’m calling on all people, especially the collective Religious Left, to fight for the lives, health, and well-being of transgender youth, especially in states like Texas, Florida, and Ohio. I am also calling on the Religious Left to put the Religious Right in their place which should be in a position of sitting down and shutting up for the first time in American history. The Religious Right is not the majority of Americans or Christians.

Again, I will define the Religious Right as a small group of mostly white Christians who are bedfellows with the Republican party. They seek to control others and win elections by any unethical means possible no matter how deadly. Yet, they call themselves, “Pro-life Christians.” The Religious Right thinks they are higher and mightier than everyone who is not white, straight, Republican, neurotypical, “Christian,” and healthy. The Religious Right is terrorizing these innocent families and their transgender children because they deny science, and they expect everyone else to deny science. They are largely responsible for the inflated number of COVID deaths because they refused to get vaccinated or wear masks as acts of decency and basic humanity. The Religious Right wants to declare “a pure fascist” America just like Hitler.

Right now, many parents of transgender children from all over the country are moving to other states and even out of the country because of anti-trans laws that we all can see in plain view. Many who do not understand science are politically weaponizing legislation to harm and endanger LGBTQIA+ youth and their families, especially transgender youth. These youth are being denied potentially life-saving medical care. These families are not safe in their own communities and home states because they are political refugees.

I believe that God created science, and it has deadly consequences for not honoring it, especially in the case of transgender youth. The Religious Right thinks it’s their job to tell others which books to read, which medications to take, which words others are allowed to say, what others are allowed to learn, what medical decisions others are allowed to make, and who others are allowed to marry or love. Domination, colonization, weaponization, deprivation, deportation, starvation, and extinction of who Jesus called “The Least of These” are their values when they should be doing unto others as they would have done unto themselves.

All Lefty Religious, please stand behind and protect trans youth and their families because they are innocently trying to exist, follow science, follow their doctors’ orders, and take care of their families. Get behind them and let them know that God is on their side. These whitewash tomb Pharisees think they are higher and mightier than everyone else.

The Religious Right thinks it’s their job to tell others which books to read, which medications to take, which words others are allowed to say, what others are allowed to learn, what medical decisions others are allowed to make, and who others are allowed to marry or love.

You can't write this and defend leftism with a straight face.

They want your children as young as 8 to read sex books. They want them on hormones and other other dangerous medications. They want you to call males female, or imprison you for misgendering. They want you to learn black critical queer theory at school. They want you to socially isolate and force you an experimental vaccine. They want you to accept abortion and gay marriage, etc.

We have an issue with pushing minors to change their gender beyond wearing a dress. You shouldn't be pushing them on HRT until they're at least old enough to be adults.

Well the left seems to hate males and masculinity and thinks that testosterone is poison and disease, so it kinda makes sense they'd be pushing dresses and hormones on boys as much as possible.

I'm surprised there is even a religious "left" in the US since most atheists in the US almost to a number vote Democrat, and Christians are a sizable GOP voting bloc outside of Catholics. Notice how Europe has a lot more right wing atheists/agnostics (think Churchill or Mussolini), and the reason for it is that it goes back to John Adams (right wing) and Thomas Jefferson (left wing). Adams was a Unitarian of New England Puritan stock, and Jefferson was a man of the Enlightenment and its ideals who would be what you could describe as a borderline atheist when you read his comments on religion.

New England Puritanism is really the ideological ancestor of modern day Evangelical Protestants, and the former planted the seeds for things like the moral majority and the religious right while left wing atheism in recent decades was a reaction to that while ultimately having a lot of its roots in Jeffersonian/Enlightenment talking points (think "I love science!" reddit memes and experimenting with socialistic economics). Europe doesn't have any groups like Protestant Evangelicals, so they have a lot more secular right wing people even today.
