My basic calisthenics workout:

Jumping Jacks
Squats
Back extensions
Push-ups
Crunches


I also do a lot of stretching, walking/running, and some dumbell work
 
I'm doing 10 Km almost daily on the static bicycle, it's so much fun!

I don't generally like to rely on equipment, but this is so great, comfortable, and practical. I can do this regardless of weather, and I can watch stuff while doing so, so I can advance on my to-do things for the day.
 
I can't work out too strenuously, so I keep it simple adding some light cardio too. Stairs, jog up up a hill, push-ups, reverse push ups, pull-ups, crunches jumping and I use am ab wheel which I could do planks with also
