If California secedes we won't have 55 automatic electorates for Democrats so nothing was lost.
 
We had the "two Americas" fantasy nation breakup porn during the Bush years. There's just something about color coded EC delegate maps that just make people want to break up the union when someone doesn't get their way in a national election.
 
Given there were some counties in California that voted for Trump, why don't the counties that went with Trump stay with the US and the ones that voted for Clinton secede? Same with the counties in Oregon and Washington if they call for secession too.

Back when Bush was President up until the first years of Obama there was some Russian professor (who was curiously part of the KGB back in the day also) that people loved to cite who kept saying the U.S. would collapse, break up, and be divided off to surrounding countries. This guy kept saying this would happen and revised when it would happen from like 2006, 07, 08, 09, 10', 11', 12' Obviously he lost all credibility lol.
 
California is welcome to try to secede by force, but they have handicapped themselves by discouraging gun ownership and banning high capacity magazines. For every ten rounds they load, we'll have thirty.

All right, as a Californian, I'd like to point out how fucktarded this movement is:

- Ever since the Civil War, secession is basically illegal without the consent of most of the states. Aside from the most hyper-partisan of partisans, I doubt that America would love to see it's biggest money-maker pick up their ball and leave
- Within California, there's a huge political divide between the liberal, urbanized coast and the conservative, rural interior. (And even then, that's too broad a generalization--Orange County and San Diego are coastal areas but have a history of conservatism, while Davis in the rural interior could best be described as "Portland if Portland constantly smelled like cow shit")
- This movement is essentially a knee-jerk temper tantrum by Silicon Valley elites (or "Muskovites", as I call them) who think that their "rugged individualism" makes them natural elites.
- We elected Arnold Schwarzenegger, we have no room to talk!

I will, however, ask them one request: have the national anthem be California Uber Alles.

Lived in this state all my life and I can see my salty Bay Area friends running this into the ground for months to come.

I love people who think our strong economy is our own doing and not the result years of reliance on the rest of the country. Plus our giant debt from spending all our money some idiotic fucking train.

Our number one export is angry transplants who hate Sacramento.

As far as California exports go, a quick Wikipedia check says California is in the lead of dairy and almond production. Califronia leaving could just mean another state big in dairy products could just take over. And even if they think California leaving with maybe Washington and/or Oregon, that doesn't mean they can last long if they did face some sort of invasion. The delusion in these tweets makes the denial and salt all the better.
