The youtube video seems to be locked behind an age verification wall, and its unlisted. I was unable to preservetube it. Dominics phone number (from the video) is +1 (513) 341-8439. The 513 area code doesn't serve New Lebanon, but it is very close, so it is very plausible that it is his. I am not too familiar with how american area codes work, but I assume that carriers let you choose area codes that are in areas close to you. It could also be a burner of his.
He also had at least two doxbins with the correct dox, but Operation Onymous means that we can no longer access them due to the fact that doxbin was seized iirc.
On the topic of @Sliquifier according to dominic's holder account for his old handel, he was arrested. I would not be surprised if fier was arrested but still Take it with a grain of salt because Dominic is a well known liar.

The password stood out to me. Putting your kid as your password is pretty common with parents, but if his parents are still around it would not make sense for him to have lived with his grandmother for most of his life.Sorry if my post is messy, I have been on a haitus for a while and want to show what I have found.
Edit: Dominic claims to be in contact with the feds. I will bet 0.054 XMR that this is larp. I will also do some digging on "stella" if I have time.
