Cabaret - Is A Very Crucial Film

I don't want to intimate that this film in any way endorses a particular ideology and/or ethos that was prevalent in late-30s society in urban Germany at the time. However, one could say that the eponymous Cabaret was itself promoting a culture of death.

And the visual language is extraordinary.
