Have we seen that Texas and New Hampshire are trying to make Bitcoin strategic reserves, with Ohio/Missouri/Arizona/Pennsylvania/Florida legislating the same? Obv the US fed govt already has a shitton of 'coin but this can only be good news for the price. Hopefully we'll see foreign states/provinces do the same.

This is a good video is a reminder of the inevitability of BTC's supply and price during these times of max pain. In the end BTC does not give a fuck about speculators, shorts, longs, bears, bulls etc and will continue to do what it does as long as the network is running. Next halving is in 2 years boys. We'll be that much closer to a sub 1 BTC per block in 2032.

I have used it a couple times just to see how it worked and it's cumbersome as fuck. I can't see it being that widely adopted without keeping the stuff that should be under the hood under the hood. It should be easy enough to use you don't even have to know how it works.
Cake wallet finally released the lightning and I used it once to and from the wallet and it seems easy enough now.
Anyone smart enough to understand how it works under the hood to say if their implementation is secure or private?

I know on-chain will always be safest, but from custodial wallet to cold storage where is it at?

I was talking to a guy in a kick chat about bitcoin a few days before the dip and he mentioned he saw it falling to 55k soon due to high liquidity. My question is: how do you even spot something like that? Like, how do I recognize how high liquidity manifests and when it's going to affect the market?

Also, is Bnb worth investing in? I saw it had a huge spike and returned to its normal level while everything else dropped. Something about opening acess for non US users and a funding option for equities and ETFs.

I have an old drive with old bitcoin wallet. Never used it, bitcoin was like $5 each back then and I think I had like 12. The OS on that drive is XP, from around 2003. Would that wallet still have that bitcoin even tho I never used it? Is it worth messing with?

is this a joke? not only is it still spendable, you have holdings on every fork of bitcoin like Bitcoin Cash.

No it is not a joke. My wife and I are going through old stuff and found that laptop. It had a sticky on it must have taped when I retired it. "has bitcoin wallet" then I remembered. It won't boots up so I don't know how to get into the wallet.

Send it to me and I'll use my data forensics to recover it for you :suffering:

I really was looking for something similar. Wife and I have agreed to give 10% after taxes, to whoever we find that can unlock, or retrieve the wallet and bitcoin. I don't know what that 10% number would be, but we feel it is fair.
