I remember him saying that to a random dude on a comment section, so my guess is it's one of his (Failed) attempts at creating "catchphrases" that are actually just an :autism: certificate. Take the Mitsubishi one for instance.
It's like he thinks people get what he means, and his weak insults and constant "masterminding" make it way more laughable.
