Filipinxs are as dark than the average Indian, but are obsessed with looking pale.
They don't really look like female Chinamen, more like Indonesians or other pacific islanders.

All Asians view pale skin as the beauty standard. It's true most Filipinos/Filipinas I've seen IRL have been Indian-toned brown though, nothing like the vids OP sent. But I'm sure some lighter ones exist, especially if they're mixed with another lighter type of Asian or are a Hapa half-white. Even some very light skin light-eyed Indians exist, though they're very rare. The caste system was implemented to try to preserve what little Aryan DNA they had, once they noticed it was being diluted out with too much mixing. But some of that is artificial, as skin bleaching products are popular in those countries. There are ways to tell if a brown has bleached their skin though.

Even blacks view light-skin blacks as more attractive than vantablack dark-skin blacks. Even when someone has a thing for "ethnic women", it's rare for them to be talking about full on close-to-black skin, and they're mostly talking about the definition of "brown" that OP has. Slightly Asian, Hispanic, or Mediterranean looking, but still the lighter tones of those races. Basically they have a thing for the "whitest looking browns". "Too brown" makes it feel more like bestiality.
