Well, technically, she was born a woman, and she's doing the troon thing well. She also seems to have a bit of talent of VA.

Nowacking does VA work for a lot of things, not just pony.
IE she works with Team Four Star as the VA for Seras a.k.a. 'Police Girl' in Hellsing Ultimate Abridged.

A common, inexpensive, easy to find toy. This lump of plastic is not the Queen's undies or Washington's false teeth. If she wanted one, I am sure she would have one because they are not difficult to come by. She probably does have one because she spent the $12.99 herself.
