What would it take for the world to go back to walking around with swords, and settling disputes with an old fashioned duel?

I feel a lot of bullshit could be prevented if you knew you might have to stake your life on your words

If dueling ever actually became a thing again it needs to be regulated, but not in a gay way. There just needs to be assigned places for duels to happen where people can watch for free either in person or online. Both sides should stake something on the outcome of the duel, but not always their lives.

Walking around challenging people to duels with swords sounds like a good way to get shot.
