I'm reminded of that story about the woman who founded a company, I think some media business, and explicitly hired only women in order to make some perfect feminist workplace. It tore itself apart within months because literally everyone was too busy backstabbing each other to get any work done. Anecdotal, sure, but it goes to show that just because you don't have a "male power structure" (whatever the fuck that means), doesn't mean you'll have a perfect workplace where everyone gets along.

Although it sounds like John would fit right in at a company like that, as long as he could guilt them into hiring a troon. Act like a cunt and do no work? That's right up John's alley.

I remember that and the lesson learned: Never again!
Not that long ago I talked to some women about this, they said that all female workplaces were horrible but if just one man was introduced then everyones behavior instantly changed. If he was out sick one day it returned to being a painful place to work.

There was another female company that made some hipster bullshit, free-range tampons or something, that turned out to be a melting pot of resentment and scheming. People got reassigned to new work without knowing why and it was all just part of passive aggressive power plays. The owner was of course top bitch in that hierarchy, aside from being a meanie, sexual harasser and groper she did things like sitting on the toilet during Skype meetings and very audibly pissing/shitting when someone else was talking. It was just great, so many innovative new ways to torture and demean coworkers, Lady Pinhead would be pleased.

As much as I want to go "lol feminists", really the lesson here is more about a lack of effective leadership. Effective leadership would have let these bitches know this behavior was unacceptable and cut it off before it got anywhere
