It's a fair enough description. You have to be able to draft a highly specialized document, know the science, and know the law well enough it will withstand challenges by highly qualified lawyers. John is trying to give the impression he's actually a lawyer, but it's not really much of an exaggeration.

A competent patent agent is easily on the level of IP counsel within the scope of addressing patent law. You're really better off with a qualified patent agent who knows the science than you are with a patent lawyer who does nothing but litigate.

Look at all of her latest reply tweets and they're oddly similar, mentioning things that make absolutely no sense. "That's absolutely important" and mentioning her "daughters" seem to be a common theme. Natalie, do your job and fix this immediately.

She can't even remember the year they got married. According to Frank's Facebook, they married October 6, 2008. They didn't even have their tenth anniversary yet, but one of Brianna's recent tweets said it's been "almost 11 years". This slip up happens on multiple occasions.

These jokes won’t age well. The riff isn’t funny anymore and she’s just confusing people. Of course when this happens, she usually rolls with it. I guess H to the Izzo, Splatoon, and Juggawhat are now her daughters. Only one dog is female. I wonder which of the males is now trans

In fact, Flynt/Wu is trumpeting from the rooftops that her husband is a criminal, which is what you are in all 50 states when you "do law" without bothering to pass the bar exam in at least one state and to gain certification to practice in other states where you might want to do some more law.
