Say what you want about the guy, he's got a sort of mindless optimism to him. They collected 107 signatures in the first month, so of course they can get more than 2000 more in the next two months!
It's not like I want Brianna to win or anything, but when you see something being done so badly there's a certain frustration to it that really makes you want to barge in and take over the job. It's almost unbelievable that Brianna squandered a whole year when she should have been planning for this. It's unbelievable that she spent all her campaign funds on airfare to go to alfconf and pick up her porsche from Virginia when Frank easily had the money for those things and all she had to do was ask. Even now she can't be bothered to decide what it is she stands for and get her website sorted and print some handouts for people they're contacting.
So I guess this is the last full quarter of politician Wu's career. It's a shame we'll never get to the good bit where Wu gets crucified on her phony past, but really I don't think it could have ended any other way.
