I’m only aware because I worked with Ringling briefly and was surprised as well by this info.

Ringling is rated as a top 10 school for all of their programs. Tuition to go there is the same price as Harvard. Ringling doesn’t just have a circus, it also has one of the biggest arts museums in the country right next to the school in one of the wealthiest cities in FL. It’s a ‘get what you pay for’ technical school. Low student - teacher ratio, A list celebrities working with students, high end facilities.

Bri won’t know this and will prob tell them to skip it. It might be worth it if the person has talent. It affords a lot of contacts while in school.

wow. Wu always manages to provide the best lulz, I don't think she could possibly be more consistent in bad decision making if she hired an entire committee of intellectuals devoted to the art of fucking everything up.

She procrastinated for an entire year not setting up a volunteer structure or working with anyone else, then when she finally hires someone to help her with the campaign she chooses perhaps the most unstable nutter in MA politics. If only she had a real staff, the tell-all book one of them would write at end of the process would make a fortune.

....well...I must commend the Wu campaign. They managed to do the absolute impossible and exceed all the hilariously stupid shit they have done over the years, from the hideous game to screeching about gamergate for 4 years to fucking lectures about the dangers of Jace and Tyce in actual collages to moon rocks to every other inane and spastic thing they have ever done.

I mean...fucking WOW. Hiring the one person in the state more autistic and mentally ill than Brianna Wu herself to run the campaign just....goddamn

Now brethren we are confronted with two equally hilarious possibilities
a) Wu is too fucking stupid and frank too fucking cucked to even notice anything off about him and thus they allow him to keep doing this shit, until he does something that gets him arrested, leading to them blowing up in full fucktard fury
b) Frank's simmering rage at wasting his retirement funds on his fucktard manwife's batshittery and narcissism boils over and he fires him, leading to warren declaring war on the wus.

One way or another this promises to be a VERY interesting chapter in the Fable of Flynt

Holy shit. The (actual) congressman took time to talk to this guy that claimed (w\out evidence) to be his relative. He asks pretty basic familial questions to see if there's any truth to it- not necessarily to shut the guy down, maybe just to see if it's true and talk about the family tree. Hell, if they ARE related maybe he's willing to throw the kid a bone and give him a chance to work somewhere in politics that isn't a kamikaze mission (he may not know how crazy Warren is). Small talk and the guy loses his shit and has a tantrum like an autistic child... in public... while representing the Wu campaign.

Wu may have lost the 2017 cow of the year but maybe it was a rebuilding year and they're shooting strong for 2018.

Amazing.
 
I'm so happy I have this thread to watch the train wreck on. All my political buddies don't find any of this amusing AT ALL. They're horrified and embarrassed and just want it to go away. I want it to keep being the gift that gives on giving forever, and I love that it really seems to be. The only person I feel a little sorry for is Stephen Lynch, who has a crazy stalker.

Like...when wu announced this shit in the wake of Trump winning, I assumed that he would use frank's money to hire some media hipster douche person in his social circlejerk clique to run his campaign and use the shilling of his friends like Cory Doctorow, scalzi, and glenn fleishmann to convince the local "woke" activist scene to do the legwork for him.

It would have been an absolute fucking failure from the ground up obviously but it would have been halfway logical and potentially doable assuming wu didnt burn too many bridges (which he likely hasnt due to the fact he still gets media shilling)

Hiring a literal fucking schizophrenic gibberfucker to run EVERYTHING based solely on the fact he shared a surname with her opponent is just...unbelievable.

I have some sympathy for them.
I got in to Wu watching because Wu was in the news all the time claiming to be a software engineer and claiming that my profession was basically one big frat house and was violently hostile to women, whereas the truth is that it's mostly a bunch of middle aged people who are more often than not married and not at all interested in knowing about/being a part of the sex lives of their coworkers.

I imagine if you're a politico it's horrifying to have this walking joke in the news all the time spouting utter nonsense about what she's going to do when she's made congresswuman. At least with the software engineer bit, you can at least tell people she's a gigantic phony who has never worked a development job a day in her life. In politics I guess it's not like you can just quit the Democratic party to get away from the taint of associating with her.

I think you're being slightly optimistic that Warren has been tasked to run everything. From Warren's posts I think his main focus is on getting the required signatures for Brianna. I doubt that even Brianna is stupid enough to task this pothead fool with anything more than that.
 
The moon rocks tweet is what made me google this psycho which in turn led me to Kiwi Farms and all the lulz this site contains. I almost feel indebted to her in a way. Sorry if this is an a-log post, but I really do love that I found this place and thread all thanks to Wu, she's a gift that keeps on giving.
