2. Constantly saying shocking things
3. Breaking all the unwritten rules of campaign courtesy

Gazillion, they made Marvel Heroes, a free to play online game in the vein of Diablo with events and content taken from recent Marvel movies and such. It had enough players to keep it running and get updates. Disney out of the blue announced that they're cutting all ties with the studio, voiding their contract, and were shutting down the game ASAP.

The Disney announcement came on November 15th, the game shut down November 27th, everyone's premium gear, characters and currency now gone and worthless. Things like that usually does not happen.

Wu claims this was not covered by game sites but you can do a google news search for Gazillion and Marvel Heroes and find out if that is true or not. The answer will shock and surprise you!
