He won't point to any other examples because he doesn't actually know any, both because there aren't that many with so much disposable income and because John doesn't have friends. Of course, he will also use this as an example that he's a true and honest tranny, unlike those fetishists that are clearly just men in dresses. John doesn't look like a man in a dress, no sirree!
But please, John, keep on swiping Frank's credit card to have surgeons hack away more of your body. Surely the next surgery will be the one that will finally stop the haters! And if not...well, what's one more surgery?
It's probably wrong of me to hope for some kind of lasting complications from his obsession to force his body into a grotesque mockery of the female form, but he's such an awful person that I don't feel that bad about it. And damned if it wouldn't be reaping what he sowed.
