I was in middleschool at the time it was going on and didnt give a shit about any of it but it seems like such an insane moment in internet history with a whirlwind of characters. I just wanna learn about it. I would raw search youtube but I feel like it would all just be "It was a woman hate movement" thrown in my face x50
I believe he was writing a book on the subject, but online he interviewed a bunch of people involved.
He did seem pretty dilligent abt treating as fact, only things that could be documented (of course, the interviews are interviews...so there's personal perspective in them)
I don't think it's so much a timeline/full history but rather a series of interviews -- which can be a good thing as it doesn't try to guide the narrative much
