John is too stupid to understand that he disproves his own "healthcare" argument.

If he does not meet the criteria for Gender Dysphoria, then there is no clinical justification for hormone replacement therapy or further surgical reconstruction. You cannot prescribe medicine for a disease the patient admits they do not have. By his own admission, he is a healthy person voluntarily modifying his body, not a patient receiving "healthcare."
