I wonder if John has noticed that a lot of the prisons in the state are located in old, high income towns. That might tickle a neuron or two that would lead one to realize putting any kind of blight into a resistant town hasn't really worked since the Revolutionary War.

WTF would "BrandNew535" know about D8 anyway? They're a vaguely-focused national organization. And despite calling themselves "post-partisan," their twitter timeline makes it pretty clear that they're a lefty/"progressive" org, so I'm sure they'll say every district needs a "massive investment in clean energy." (just went by their timeline because they basically shut down their entire site for the day... because internet servers are female... or something)

Does Flynt/Wu realize that Southie is in his district? Does he realize that the parade is held to honor St. Patrick? Does he know the official position of the Holy Roman Catholic Church on trannies, gays and lesbians?
As a candidate to represent the 8th Massachusetts in Congress, shouldn't Flynt/Wu be attending the parade, if not actually taking part? I think the voters need to see the praying mantis troon in person.

I mean, the whole thing screams scam, but I feel like this screams scam more than anything. If you're running in a district, even 2 years out, you would go to something like a huge parade in your district. Or any parade really. Mall openings, kids beauty pageants, all of that shit. That is what all people running for office do. Get out there and go to public events and meet people and talk to them and refine your platform. Every single one of them do this. Even Trump, the anti-politician, went out and shook hands and kissed babies for fuck's sake.
Edit: I really just want one fucking interviewer to ask "What campaign events or public appearances have you done in District 8?" and watch her squirm and mumble something about Twitter
