What the fuck are you talking about, John? You have been making the same argument as this guy ever since you acknowledged the truth about yourself. Which is that you're a man. Changing one's eye color (add that to the list of things I didn't know was possible, along with the horror of having needles in one's eyes) is a cosmetic procedure that changes one minor aspect of one's appearance. Even if your original eye color were marked on your driver's license, there would still be more than enough other details to confirm that it was you. You still have the same eyes, just a different appearance. Not to mention that this is a stupid line of thought since people's eye colors can naturally change over time, but a tranny can't magically turn from one sex to the other.
Tranny surgery is also cosmetic. You can butcher yourself all you like, at the end of the day, you are still the sex you were born with. Even if you get your license changed for your fake sex, it still doesn't change the fact that you can't actually change your sex, and there's still plenty of identifying markers to show your true sex. Marking it with your true sex is important so that people understand that you're not actually the sex you're pretending to be, which can be especially important in an emergency. Which is more important: a doctor knowing the sex of a person he's treating, or your need to be validated?
Oh, and another point of similarity: both keratopigmentation and cockchops are rife with complications.

A more accurate comparison would be if there was some sort of fucked up eye surgery which tried to paint over your natural eye colour by inserting colouring, but it left a shitload of scarring in your eye irreversibly altering your eye sight, used one eyelid in the process, caused 3 months of temporary blindness during recovery, and left like half of patients permanently blinded.
It also required the entire rerouting of your sinuses, so sometimes it even fucks with your hearing and your sense of taste and smell.
And there's John, insisting all these other fakers aren't legitimate eye colour changers, but that he always felt like a blue-eyed person and tried to commit suicide at 4 years old over his eye colour and that having blue eyes now is the only way he can function in society.
