She will summon a law from thin air that will have authority across multiple states and not be challenged at all. Once that law is in place (which will be immediately) she will enforce with the full power of the law, perhaps creating some kind of secret police force to spy on people of interest and undermine hostile parties working against the regime. Repeat offenders will not be given a trial, because allowing them to speak will only spread their hate, so instead they will be held indefinitely in labour camps so they can work to help rebuild the society they have caused so much harm to. Aside from the state of Massachusetts, Flynt/Wu, do you know who else teaches people with "guns to learn to use them"? The United States Marine Corps. Just ask Lee Harvey Oswald and Charles Joseph Whitman. (And yes, the USMC teaches people to use guns very safely indeed. When was the last time a Marine shot someone accidentally?)

What's interesting is that I can imagine a scenario where somebody espousing Wu's positions pulls off a nomination win. I'm thinking in particular of what happened in 2006 in Connecticut to Senator Joseph Lieberman.

Lieberman was widely popular there, among the mass of Democrat voters and even among most Republicans. He was popular among everyone EXCEPT the sort of hard leftie most likely to vote in a non-presidential year primary. And guess what? They nominated somebody and that somebody won the Democrat primary. Beat Lieberman fair and square in ballot box terms. The fact that turnout was abysmal, and that Lieberman then turned around and ran as an Independent in the general, crushing whoever it was that had gotten the nomination is all notwithstanding.

So I kind of think it COULD be done, just that Wu himself probably isn't mentally stable enough to pull it off. But who knows? There's an element of Massachusetts Democrat party that is pretty much beyond batshit insane and if they line up behind Wu in enough force and with enough money ...
