Since brianna uploaded some sort of developer version of the game it's quite possible that the entire game can be decompiled to source. Has someone done this then?

They never had access to the source code, so decompiling something as messy and complex as that isn't necessary. There are tools for parsing compiled unreal script files, but the output is a bit sterile and not nearly as good as just dropping R60.u into notepad or whatever and scrolling down for a bit.
The script and comments are all in there, whoops?
