Yes, it's hard to image games distributed on CDs and cartridges, without any means to be updated online, get a post-release update that would change mechanics and piss off customers who have no way of escaping it.

I sincerely hope Wu isn't going to make that photo into a political poster, or use it in any form of mailing to potential voters.
