Nah, I think she clearly means every word of those tweets. She feeds off attention. People getting angry at her are both giving her the attention she needs and furthering the harassment narrative she farms for more attention. Why wouldn't she love them?

Agreed. It goes against Wu's professed "sex-positive" feminism to make them less sexy, as sex positive feminism is about empowered women expressing/emphasizing their femininity while still displaying their competency.
