The issue with folks like Wu is you can only cry wolf so many times before people stop caring. The more he screams oppression and harassment the less effect is has. With Gamer Gate dropping off the media's focus he's basically shouting into the void by now as attention has shifted to other outrages.

That's the trouble with the Hipsters; they're incredibility fickle and the moment your not the "in" cause du jour they forget you exist.

Plus Anita does everything Wu does but better and with (slightly) more class and larger audience. Wu plays shitty 3rd rate cons while Anita get pays big bucks to talk at big name schools and high visibility events. Hence why Anita is getting 150k a year into her pocket and Wu get only 45K.

I hope that a lot of the younger SJW's realize that when they grow up, a lot of what they've been spouting on Twitter/FB/etc doesn't make one lick of difference as actual hands-on activism does...
