I've never actually said this before about anyone, but ... maybe she should get some lip fillers put in? Collagen injections or something? The thinness of her lips emphasizes the size of her jaw, and that's not a good look if you're trying to pass. And dark lipstick makes a small mouth look even smaller, too.
