Except her future motorbike looks just like a modern motorbike in every way only with more polygons.
Modern motorcycles are cool. I think so anyway. Obviously Brianna was too lazy to think of a new design. That kind of stuff takes "creativity" and "originality" which are too things Brianna does not have.
She took what she liked about her life now, made up some very dubious science and then put it in the game.

I can actually just write this one off as Rule of Cool, but it might have something to do with audience expectations. Kind of like how Hollywood sometimes has car tires squeal on dirt, Brianna didn't bother making new sound effects for her future-cycle because she figured her audience wouldn't understand what was it was without them.
Maybe so, but I still think there are more convincing ways of portraying futuristic motorcycles.

I know I shouldn't waste brain processing capacity on this, but: If so, why does the motorcycle make combustion engine noises plus squealing of rubber tires??

And there are no positive/negative gravitons, these - so far undetected - particles do not carry charge, like photons.

The ebook talks about negative matter, which is a real thing, well, at least for theoretical physicists: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_mass in that the physicists say nothing in the rules of physics stops it. It's a staple of the R60 world so antigravity is easy.

so the bike gets pulled down, and pulled more down to the front

while the back end is pushed up

so it just gets stuck to the ground until the back end flips over the front?
I guess the theory is that you use "anti-gravity" to negate the entire planet's downward pull on your bike, and then add significantly more than a planet's worth of "artificial gravity" pointing sideways, to create your forward thrust.
Meanwhile, the Snow Leopards just attach their wheels to axles that turn.

I'll just walk, that's simple newtonian physics

A lecture that Wu gave last month:

https://youtube.com/watch?v=IeOM3xpRQ7A
I haven't watched it myself and don't plan to, but feel free to point out anything outrageous.

Ahhhh burn it with fire please...

"I JUST WANT TO MAKE GAMES FOR A DIFFERENT AUDIENCE"
"NEO GAMING (Blue ocean/women gamers) vs CLASSIC GAMING (Red ocean/ rape apes)"

Worst part is, the shirt looks terrible for her figure :(

Edit: Actually the worst part is how hard she is pitching Rev 60 in this lecture. It's like a fucking sales ad.

Rule of Cool only applies to things that are actually cool. Things that suck don't qualify.

How is someone so vain and narcissistic and so completely oblivious to their own grotesque appearance at the same time?

This isn't even someone trying to look freakish, as some attention whores do.

This is how this freak dresses and presents for a business occasion, where most people would try to look their best. Instead, we get the same crazy zombie looking fucker.

FSS, I just skipped to 15:00 to avoid the crap, and

1. that's totally a dude's voice,
2. she keeps on trying to sell me stuff

I agree that the PS3 controller is cray-cray complicated. I don't know how my son deals with it but he does.

Who wants to listen to all this to find the crap? Is this the one where she gets attacked/bomb-threatened?

17:53 "The absolute last problem with games are that players are looking at games and saying the textures aren't sharp enough." I'd agree, except she keeps on talking about improving the look of R60

19:50 she keeps talking about Zoe

20:20 "this talk is going to be about what it's like to run a game dev studio in the middle of a media firestorm"

20:30 "i didn't get into game dev to talk about how i get harassed, I'd rather talk about anything else"

20:50 "I'm never invited to come talk on unreal engine, when i'm one of the biggest experts on unreal on mobile in the entire world"

Holy shit.

I have to take a break now after hearing that. My world is reeling.

Anyway, I'm not watching this all either, but I randomly flipped through it and around 55:00 she talks briefly about her past.
The short-short version:
"I, St. Brea of Anatamata, lived in Mississippi, where in the 1960s black people got murdered in the civil rights era. When I went to Ole Miss those horrible jocks were the same thing. And the gaming audience is the same thing as THAT."

I think not. I kinda of guessed there would be a Q&A session in this video, so I skimmed through it and found it around the one hour mark. I didn't watch the entire session because it was still too fucking long and instead just skimmed through it as well, couldn't find any gators among the various members of the crowd who talked with Brianna. Afterwards I looked at the comments to see if anybody mentioned an alteraction with a GGer but didn't find anything.

Ah. So instant viral video material.

Perhaps someone should do a Wu edit of that "man throws shoe at George Dubya Bush" video.

So, gamers are athletic members of the KKK?

24:10 Giant Bomb doesn't hire women or black people. (No idea if this is true.)

25:55 also don't hire the gays

29:04 A Stress sigh!!! *sigh*

29:30 "I was on vacation after shipping Revolution 60 last year, and this is kind of when Gamergate officially started.", and another stress sigh! *sigh*

30:11 another stress sigh, what happened to zoe is the most sexist thing that has ever happened to any woman in this field period.

31:00 people were threatening to wear t-shirts!

32:25 *sigh* "We are going to lose Gamergate, we are hemorrhaging women."

34:55 *sigh*

36:40 "IGN and GameInformer and GiantBomb decided not to cover GamerGate, poor me!"

37:10 she likes "mega-viral". And apparently it's stress that makes her hair "frazzled," not the fact that she's a dude.

38:40 "Gamergate cannot be 12 year olds, because the average age is 37."

39:10 "for 30 years, games have been aimed at white male gamers, like I was." (oops, that last part was me)

40:05 "The only game that stars a women is {illegible}, on beta, it's not very good." <-- ORLY?

41:00 "I see gamergate as victims, they've grown up in this sewage, and they don't realize how it affects them."

41:50 "A poll asked White Male Southerners if Democrats would take their freedoms away and that riled them up."

42:48 "I'm unable to comment on this legally", then shows video of some Deagle Nation thingy. "47 death threats in the last 5 months."

43:30 'this is my car, or my mom's car....' I was laughing!

44:20 OMG that was hilarious! Another sigh.

45:05 talks about Law & Order, "a character based on me sexually assaulted," reading "my exact death threats"

46:15 "to bring this back to me..."

47:10 "I'm told I do this for financial reasons ...."

47:35 "I've lost a ton of money from GamerGate. I've lost the ability to do my job, it's delayed my release, I spend at least a day each week dealing with law enforcement, I had to hire a person who'se sole job function is to handle harassment and deal with law enforcement. I haven't

48:10 "Nothing to do with development. I hadn't opened Unreal Engine for Rev60forPC while my employees are doing it."

48:30 "How does being dead on TV affect sales?"
