Bit of sperging here, but it's clear that John has no experience with kids either because kids will definitely judge the shit out of you and they'll let you know. Now generally they don't mean anything malicious by it obviously but kids tend to not have as much of a filter when asking why certain adults live like fucking animals.

Of course, it's not unusual for an adult to not really know much about kids, so normally that would be perfectly okay. However, John imagines that he can make a video game for young girls. If it sucks, they will let him know, and they will be worse than any #GamerGater because they will be honest and not flippant or sarcastic. Thankfully he can put that fate on indefinite hold since he's never finishing his existing game.

I don't understand this. I thought the Wu crowd was full of small-time wannabe app developers who'd welcome this kind of call-out.
Or is the overriding consideration here that they're all tugboat jockeys who depend on free apps from Daddy Apple and Mommy Steve Jobs?

Didn't he say it'd be done in a week...about a week ago? Not that we take that seriously, but it's interesting to see his inability to stick to even his illusory, ever-changing schedule.
 
I doubt Wu is actually ok with little kids coming to her house. She's probably scared to death of them getting their grubby little fingers all over her precious anime figurines.

You know what though? I could see him being crazy OCD about them being touched....even though they're utterly grimy & filthy.

It's classic "Do as I say, not as I do" logic, which seems central to John's holier-than-thou attitude about almost everything....

The sort of utter lack of logic you'd have to be John Flynt....(or CWC with his sticky, fire-damaged Legos and clumsily-painted Sonichu amiibos)....to fully comprehend.

I think they figured they could make a statement and save themselves grief by just getting people to order online. From now until sjws are done with video games this will be used as an example of the kinds of problems they cause.

One thing with SJWs is that they can always change what they say they want. No we don't want to change games we want to change people, we don't want to change people we need studios to make games people want... so on and so on. It doesn't matter what they want as long as they're getting more powerful and get to pretend they're making positive changes.

Right now I see most of them pretending they never wanted this but come on... there were complaints about comic books and baoynetta.
