Wu once tweeted about how she had to add extra locks to the doors and how Frank had to use a special knock to prove it was him. Firstly this doesn't make sense since their front door has a window in it that Wu can see through, secondly it now makes even less sense because why the fuck would Wu want to install extra locks in a house she apparently only came back to do interviews in?

As I've said before, the biggest problem with the whole "Frank uses a special knock" claim is that Brianna tweeted it. Say that you're seriously afraid that GamerGate will come to your house and kill you. You've made arrangements with your husband to use a special knock when he comes home so that you'll know it is him and not some murderous misogynerd. Why would you tell other people about this safety mesaure, and in a public forums no less? Now the supposed army of assassins that's looking to kill you knows of the special knock and can think of ways to overcome it. Either Brianna is immensley moronic or not actually fearing for her life.

EDIT: And to go back to this whole "I was on the the run during the entire time and only came back home to do interviews" excuse... If I'm on the run fearing that enraged GamerGaters will come and kill me, then why the fuck would I do video interviews in the first place? Video/footage of myself would provide my enemies with clues as to my whereabouts, I woulnd't take chances if actually thought someone is trying to track me down and kill me.

I don't know, it does kind of play on expectations. You wouldn't expect a killer to knock so why should you fear a knocked door? If your target is in the house, why not just knock and get them come to you? They don't even have to open the door. You can shoot through the wood.

That said, a secret knock is still retarded for several reasons. Why not just give Frank a key? What if it's her Solyent delivery guy? Does Brianna freak out and lock herself into her saferoom every time there's a knock at the door? Finally, no one cares about you, Brianna.
