As a student at a relatively liberal/socially aware college, I hear it constantly. The verbalization of it sounds like pock. And, yes, it's only SJWs. Everyone else knows it's just as racist as colored people.

This is kind of silly. Kickstarter's very up-front about the fact that their TOS is a sham and once your backer payment has cleared you might as well have thrown your money down a black hole. Nothing's going to come of it but a form letter telling him to "work it out with the project creator".

This will work for them until it doesn't, when they screw over someone for a sufficient sum, or someone who is enough of an ornery fuck to sue them as well as the other swindler. Their business model is basically petty larceny, taking a little cut out of a lot of different ripoffs, and they will probably get away with it for a while. Until eventually they don't.

Many of the replies to her tweets are asking about Rev 60 and they're just going to keep building and building until Wu either bites the bullet or finds a shoddy reason not to upload the game to Steam.

Even if Wu had somehow more to present than the slightly polished opening cutscene that is irrelevant to the rest of the game before the player even starts playing, they have a very good reason: releasing anything on Steam at this point will destroy Wu's Sonichu. The game is going to get utterly destroyed in the reviews, people are going to buy it JUST to demand refunds, and probably most satisfyingly of all - people will extract the shit out of the files to get at those hypersexualized models and people are going to go hog wild in abusing the shit out of the final evolution of Election Eve's cast.

It's ironic how the whole time, Wu thought they were in the clear from the start by already having a finished game out on some service, but then they had to go and get cocky by announcing a port to Steam (why on EARTH did Wu actually believe this was a good move anyway?) and now Wu is getting into deeper and deeper shit because they can't release a game that was already made for them.

How dare people like something, but still remain critical of it?! True and authentic fans like every movie in the franchise, regardless of how phoned-in the performances were or how hackneyed the writing was!
This really does speak to Bri's worldview. She's always had a very "all or nothing" approach to life. You can't be a feminist and remain critical of certain feminists. You can't appreciate diversity in video games and dislike tokenism.
In a weird way, I envy it. It must be reassuring to live in a world comprised entirely of black and white.
