Wu does not have a 'narrative'. At best she has set of four delusions/lies and everything she talks about is twisted and turned, so it fits with one or several of her delusions/lies.

Any real narrative requires some sort of internal consistency and I don't thinks she has very much of that.

Deadlines are missed all the time and missing it usually doesn't mean the end of the world, it is not like there is a publisher is breathing down Wu's neck. However the keys to deal with that are transparency and communication. But what happens at GSX is as transparent as a brick wall and Wu's communication skills are pretty much on the same level. If Wu was a smart person, she would have said weeks ago that she needs one or two additional months and then release the game in time with the holidays.

The actual quote is "when someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time." Meaning that once someone has shown that they lack integrity, don't let yourself be convinced otherwise by the show they put on later. So, say, if someone calls someone a "sandnigger", believe that's the kind of person they really are, no matter how loudly and publicly they promote social justice down the road.

That's the odd part. Rev60 is done mostly with Unreal. So anything moved is a straight port job.

All accounting is that it could have been done in a matter of 2-3 weeks for anyone remotely competent.
