Given Wu denies both having been born male and having lived most of their childhood under their stupidly wealthy biological parents - who as far as I'm aware we found to have forced Flynt into getting help for some drug addiction in the early 2000's - it's safe to say they've not been on speaking terms at least since 2006 or whenever the hell Flynt became Wu.

As much of a pussy-whipped beta cuck as he is, the fact that Frank is still the primary only breadwinner in the Wu household always makes me smile. The strong, independent, talented, brave, empowered "woman" engineer/visionary/lecturer of the household is just a net drain on the Wu finances.
