Looks like it. Paid well, too. He has tons of articles on The Daily Beast, and they're every bit as bad as you'd expect. One of them even blames Ronald Reagan for almost starting a war over the "we begin bombing in five minutes" joke rather than, y'know, the Russians for treating a joke as a potential act of war. That's not even getting started on the rest of said article's autism and outright bullshit on Andrew Jackson. Calling one of the central figures of our nations transition from only letting landowners vote to universal male suffrage and one of our chief forces in keeping the Union together even though he himself was a Southerner and had every reason to be biased one of our worst presidents is just downright hilarious.

Even the Trail of Tears, while horrific, would've happened no matter who was President, and it was far from the only act of its kind at the time even within the Americas.

I asked that a link to a hit piece alleging over-the-top and incredibly hurtful things about a panelist—that she was a drug addict, that she’d sold her child—be removed. I asked that a link to a hit piece saying I’d called in a bomb threat be removed. I asked that a link outing the birth name of a trans person who wasn’t even on any of the panels be removed.

Which is doubly ironic, since Geth defended Chu from false accusations of inciting threats of bombing, saying that without proof, he should not be accused of such crimes.
