Heh, Wu wants a world where people are hired to be in top positions not because of their amount of skill or hard work, but their gender and skin color. It's really kind of amazing how somebody who screeches that she's a professional as much as she does is so naive and outright ignorant about how things work. Actually on second thought, it really isn't.

It's less naivete and more of the selfishness we've come to expect of her. Let's be honest here - Wu doesn't really give a shit about people being hired for their gender/sexuality/ethnic background. Brianna Wu only wants Brianna Wu to be hired for her gender or special snowflake status. She sees these figures like Anita getting random diversity consulting gigs and thinks she is entitled to that same deal. Also, while she's always been weird about gender roles and shit, I think she's doubling down hard on the feminism train because she's failed so miserably at being successful at any other endeavor in her life. She's a failure as an entrepreneur. She's a failure as a cartoonist. She's currently failing as a "software engineer" or public speaker or whatever the fuck special title she feels she deserves right now. The only thing she can conclusively say she isn't failing at is being a woman (well, according to her idea of what a woman is at least).
