Still not privileged.

I love how utterly idiotic Wu sounds here. I mean, just look at it - "why don't I move here" is just dripping with the pure narcissism Wu holds themselves in.

After all, it's not like they'd just outright mention the explicit reason why - which is because Bribri is a golddigger who hasn't worked an honest day in their life, married Frank purely to live in relative suburban luxury where they don't have to do jack shit to spend all of somebody else's hard earned money, and as a result Bribri is attached to him at the hip when it comes to actually making big, life-impacting decisions like moving residence...in which case unless it means Frank working a higher paying job the answer will always be NO on account of Brianna's entire lifestyle having become a parasite on Frank's income and thus if the spicemoney doesn't flow, Brianna would lose everything they consider critical to their existence of excess.

Still not privileged.

You're in San Jose, John, at a Marriott in downtown San Jose near San Jose airport. San Francisco is fifty miles north of you.

You live fifty miles from Providence. Do you ever say, "I'm from Providence"?

Rape and sex crimes are the worst, John. Get a load of this rapey guy:

He used to brag about going hooking up with men without them knowing he wasn't a woman, which is fucking sick and obscenely immoral, no matter how open-minded you are.

Lol because houses aren't free in SF and even food at gas stations is like 3 dollars a serving. Also your husband and practically sole breadwinner has a successful career in boston.

She really means that it's time to convince someone to give up everything they've worked for to suit her delusion that she can convince someone to give her millions of dollars. Going close to where the wealth flows is a good strategy for getting money, it really is. But because of her life up to this point she vastly underestimates the value of a million dollars.

It's odd: When her parents gave her all that money it taught her that money is worthless and people will just give it to you. This seems like a horrible lesson. But it seems to have worked for her and she's managed to pull it off several more times. Was this lesson indeed more valuable than a typical college education as she claims?

Well, in fairness, that's actually a pretty astute and original observation. John doesn't have a lot of original thoughts, so at least this is-
Congrats, John. You are now six months behind CollegeHumor in terms of progressive thought.

Nah, lots of people have pointed out the weird "rape" scene in Revenge of the Nerds. I put quotes around it because it's... it's just fucking weird and I don't know what you call it when the woman magically likes the guy after it happens. I think most people don't talk about it because that would mean examining Revenge of the Nerds. That'd be like sitting around, having a serious discussion about how the sequel to Weekend at Bernie's had a potentially offensive voodoo theme: Nobody fucking cares. Do you know how many 80's teen movies casually said things like "fag/faggot"? Me neither but I bet it's a lot.

Ah the 80s back when people could tell the difference between absurd comedy and and good ideas. People were saying it was retarded to warn people not to emulate cartoons once in awhile back then.

Look at us now we have to consider that adults will watch movies about building flying robots that steal girls bikini tops and try it.

On our honeymoon my husband was confronted at Disney by someone someone demanding to know where he was from.
I love the deliberate lack of detail here. If it was somewhere else I might find it believable but disney is full of people from literally everywhere so nobody really cares where he's from. The implication is that disney customs was looking to keep chinese spies out of the magic kingdom. In reality it was probably a tourist thinking frank meant he immigrated to boston. Any american can tell that frank was born and bred right here any disney worker would know this twice as fast.

What's the context behind this? Did someone misspell Frank's name?
If that's the case then it happens to white people too, Johnny. If you've got a name that's slightly unusual then you're going to have to explain it no matter what race you are. My name's Dutch and I've seen at least five different misspellings from the forgiveable to "you didn't even try to get it right".
Stop acting like white people are immune from all inconveniences in the world, you fuckwit.

Calm down, Arthur, you skivvy little bastard. You're even further down the pecking order than Brianna and she doesn't kiss the ass of the peasantry.

Only in the Wu universe can a transwoman who has failed out of college multiple times, claims to be an engineer despite no qualifications, and who has lived a life of absolute fucking luxury for decades be allowed to claim lack of privilege against a guy who spent months upon months of his life homeless.

Here's the patreon page as it was archived less than a week ago, somehow she lost in that time 21 patrons. Wonder what happened.

Short answer? The fact that she was implicated in her scheme to mass-DMCA her opponents on Youtube. That did not endear herself to her fellow feminists one goddamned bit.

She's back below $2500, too! And significantly this time. Looks like you're fired, Natalie!

The sheer smug in this asshole use of the "privilege" crap as a weapon when he's a spoiled rich white boy will never cease to gall me.

Not to mention the sheer condescension:

Yes, John, God forbid someone confuse someone who:
  • has an ex-wife who accuses him of stalking, harassing, berating, and physically abusing her
  • is currently married to a man in girlface who pretends to be a feminist and defended such an alleged cretin against the claims of a victimized woman
  • is on his third marriage
  • planned to be a lawyer after getting his PhD, never followed through with it, and got stuck with being just a patent agent
  • is over half a century old and celebrates his birthday at Burger King
  • has no relation with his immediate family because they loathe him
  • is married to an insane, moronic bully who trivializes murder, rapes, and threats for money, through hoax, lies, hyperbole, and demagogic bigotry
  • almost certainly faked death and rape threats to his "wife" to give "her" publicity for money and a small degree of power
with someone with the same name who:
  • is the dean of one of the most prestigious law schools in the world
  • is happily married to a brilliant, beautiful, successful, real woman
  • is a world-renowned scholar and author on racism and Asian Americans and the law
In fact, Good Frank Wu and Bad Frank Wu used to work at the same firm at the same time. Good Frank Wu, despite being younger than Bad Frank Wu, was a practicing attorney, so was higher up the food chain and made considerably more money than Bad Frank Wu.

Bad Frank Wu actually wrote about this over 15 years ago (as you're well aware of, John) and his description of this common confusion is lighthearted, not full of the phony outrage and condescension you, as a white man, are expressing.

Recently I got an email from a long-lost friend from Madison who was wondering if I was the Frank Wu she thought I was. I was indeed. She said she almost didn't write because she wasn't sure. Which made me wonder how many lost-lost pals I have out there who have stumbled across this site wondering if I was who I am. Or who I'm not.

To set the record straight:

I'm not the Frank Wu who writes for AsianWeek and I'm not the Frank Wu who's the first Chinese professor at mostly-African-American Howard University (who, curiously, also used to work for Morrison & Foerster and I got his mail once telling me I was supposed to appear in court the following week - quite a surprise) and I'm not the Frank Wu who's into Fighter Command or the Frank Wu who's the contact for Sun Palace fashion accessories and sunglasses or the Frank Wu at Talent Comm who knows all about internal Z-modem communications programs...

No, I'm not them, or any of the dozens of Frank Wu's spread across the country (Yahoo! tells me there's 16 Frank Wu's in California alone).

Nope. I'm just me.

It also must steam you that Good Frank Wu is the top Google result for 'frank wu', not your lowly, underachieving, immature, settled-for-an-ugly-crazy-tranny-scammer husband aka Bad Frank Wu.

He has one achievement to his name that Good Frank Wu doesn't. Lolcow Wiki is bad Frank Wu's fourth Google Search result.
