I had long assumed this, but the way she phrases "My expert apps" solidifies it for me. The reason she refers to herself as "an expert" in these programs isn't because she possesses expertise or high level knowledge. Its simply that she has them installed on her computer.

In Wu's mind expert=access to expert level tools, not the expert level use of such tools.

No one who is an expert at using any of the software she uses refers to them as "My expert apps", they are just programs to use to create a product. Just like a master craftsman wouldn't refer to his hammer as "my expert hammer", its just a hammer. The expertise shows in the finished product.
