I'm certain that's a different version of the App and iTunes considers it to be a completely different product than the version that used to be avaliable. I was searching iTunes for "Revolution 60" and nothing was coming up, and the new one only came up under a search for "Revolution 60 full". Note that the in-app purchase to unlock the rest of the game is gone and you're forced to pay for it at purchase, so you can no longer play through the first 10 minutes, decide you don't like it and then uninstall without dropping a cent on it.

At this point I'm pretty sure it's all gone wrong and Natalie has given birth, partly.

The result is probably some kind of Silent Hill inspired hybrid abomination which can only move using both sets of arms.

On the other hand two sets of arms which you can claim as one employee is a huge cost saver for Wu so the Natalie/Baby hybrid being is probably just kept locked in the basement with a couple computers.
