Can you have opinions about an unreleased game without getted policed? Can James Rolfe decide he doesn't want to watch Ghostbusters before it's out? Seems the answer has been decided by feminists and that answer is no, you must partake in whatever you're talking about before making any opinions about it at all.

No, you're absolutely right.

I realized, and I guess its on me that it took a stupidly long amount of time for this to sink in....but I realized that, for all of Wu's talk about how he wants to be left alone to make games, etc.....thass all bullshit. Wu is a provocateur: Granted, an attempted provocateur of nerds, whose bait is often sooo patently obvious it draws no nibbles, but a bitter contrarian all the same.

It goes back to the days of Socially Unconscious pissing on the Mathmatics Dept: Wu has to crap on someone's head, so that when the person wronged comes to defend themselves, Wu can retreat and cry my soggy knees harassment.

It's as if Wu thinks that "harassment" is such a focal part of the experience of being female, that he has to drum it up to further underline his "100 % reel womyn" credentials. Similar to how he said, during that awful speech with the "Are you objecting to my tone?" and the Carrot / Stick guy, that he (Wu) had been "Catcalled 5 times on the way over".

See, it doesn't occur to Wu that being catcalled such an insane amount would either mean: A) you were Heidi Klum naked, or B) the construction workers forgot to take their saltpeter with their morning joe. Seriously though, Wu thinks that being catcalled is part of the experience of being a true woman. Being internet harassed is part of the experience of being a true woman.

But I also think, and let's never forget this, that he likes to rile people up, and then act all surprised an innocent when they chimp. It's like, he's half a Kiwi....he can't admit he likes the milk. John Flynt is a very conflicted individual.

R60 is supposed to be released next week. No release date announced yet, no sign of the much hyped totally awesome trailer, no promotion what so ever. Also, just four weeks to go until the Steam summer sale.

This is a glorious trainwreck that just keeps on rolling.
 
wow "Fleetcomm" was released before rev 60.

Fleetcomm is a pro-gator game that was often the butt of jokes about how it was never going to be released. It was just released. The author is a total spaz, and probably deserves a thread himself, but I'm just here to add another dot to the spacekat industries timeline of failure.

I'm getting bored, this is more like watching a train going straight into an unfinished bridge. The construction crew keeps making more of it, but it's a matter of time before the train falls off because it's going much faster than they can build the bridge. I just want that train to fall already, but the construction crew (Wu's lies) subbornly keep delaying it.
