I think this has been discussed before, but she seems to have astonishingly bad teeth for someone with rich parents who certainly would have had dental insurance. Maybe it's just me internally powerleveling after spending most of high school in braces.

Some people, regardless of having the opportunity to improve themselves and the money to do so, are perfectly fine letting their body go to shit. Having a gigantic ego distorting their self-perception doesn't help either.

Slightly off topic, I'm relatively new here, and I'm sure this is by no means an original observation, but I just gotta say it: It seems to me like every where you go today on the Internet and encounter high-order fuckery, nine times out of ten, it's always some, breathtakingly narcissistic, lunatic, geek power enriched, "feminist" tranny at work. It's never your every-day, garden variety, decent, fun-loving, friendly neighborhood trannies like you would encounter on craigslist, fetlife, or various truck stops, mind you. Oh no. These are always people operating at the most bizarre fringes of nerd culture who are way too weird and unlikable to be accepted by either nerds or regular, good old fashioned, work-a-day trannies. Here you have people like Wu, Nyberg, various others, and even, to some extent CWC. Without fail, they seem to always latch on to the shittiest aspects of the most pedestrian sci-fi and nerd subcultures. As such, they tend to fail as nerds. Beyond this, unlike the big-titted chicks-with-dicks that we sometimes stumble upon when drukenly browsing pornhub, they all seem to be facing rather precarious transitions primarily because they were not even particularly attractive, or physically fit men to begin with. When it comes down to brass tacks, they are really neither effective women, or effective nerds while their entire identity is so deeply invested on being exactly that.

You can claim all you want that you thought they were a legit threat at the time, but when that happened almost a year previous - and everyone with any understanding knows it to be a hoax - to the point of DailyKos making fun of Margaret Pless when she tried to support the argument that Wu was in danger from our favorite lazy-eyed sped - then you're pretty much guaranteeing that you get taken down a peg or two eventually.

Even if we don't do the reveal to come (and we will), there's dozens of other incidents in the Wu backlog that one could harp on about and make her look like an idiot with for fucking months.

She tried to lock onto us, being the source of the reveal, but she can't do shit about us.

The college scandal reveal would outright eviscerate her professional credibility, and it's left Wu in the precarious position of having to play nice lest Milo drop the proverbial hammer (which he may do anyway). She wants to come back to her main Twitter, where she has an audience, but she knows that she's being tracked by like 20 communities and is now forced to weigh her desire to grandstand against giving her opposition ammunition as they circle for the kill.

Wu's attempts at humor are unbearable.

The podcast starts with Wu, (similar to her rap-introduction) deciding that she, and everyone on the show, need "suitably epic" music playing underneath their vocals when they talk.

Wu's Mass Effect ghost-boner necessitates her using the Normandy music for herself; Wu has this habit of discussing herself in massively self-aggrandizing terms and then walking it back a tad by acting as though it's all a joke; suggesting such epic music for shimself continues this trend. BUT, seeing as how anyone who's payed any attention to Wu at all knows that she genuinely sees shimself in such an inflated, megalomaniacal capacity really makes the jokes fall flat: it's as though Buffalo Bill were to joke, "Yeah, I'm totes gonna make girly skinsuits and stuff deathshead moths in the dead bodies mouths while listening to Q Lazzarus and taking sexy tuck-selfies 'cuz I'm totes that psycho, guys!"........To which we'd all reply: "Uh, Bill? Errrr....Jaime Gum, if you prefer? You totes actually DID all that stuff you just joked about, ya know? You're actually still wearing one of the scalp wigs now.".....See how it kinda renders the humor moot?

Anyway, Wu then gives Steve Lubitz some hip-hop dance music that noone else recognizes, (and yet they all laugh hysterically over, proving that these people are either afraid of Wu and anxious not to displease Senpai or brain-dead automatons) and further proves Isometric's hardcore gamercred by giving Georgia Dow the iconic Final Fantasy Chocobo theme, which, again......nobody but Wu recognizes.

And yet they all laugh uproariously.

I swear, Wu is "cringe" in human form. If Cringe had a motorcycle with eyelashes, we'd use the word "Wu" as a verb in its place:

"Ooooh, seeing A-Log's standup comedy really made me wu. Not as much as I wued watching OPL butter his tummy like a piece of trannytoast, but almost!"

EDIT the 2ND: Immediately after the above, Wu accuses someone of poisoning her dog "Kablam", (love those petnames) evidence being that said canine is "peeing blood". Wu says she was "hesitant to discuss for fear of harassment". OK, I'm a dog person so perhaps this bugs me more than it should, but....what's the deal with Wu losing dogs? Just how badly are these poor animals being neglected?

Note: Wu says that "they're gonna finish up their vacation" and that "it's lookin' like the dog's gonna be fine".....so I guess take all this with a grain of salt? Wu discusses all of this with a noticeably flat affect, mentioning Crash and rat poison fears, even while admitting that Crash was tested for such and the results were negative, but concludes: "...It's just that fear, ya know?" She also mentions GooberGrape: "....doxxing her everyday, ya know?", as if plans to kill her pets were being discussed on KIA.

I officially stopped listening at this point. Wu's insane ego / paranoia has short shrift with me.

If she lowers her profile, then almost certainly her Patreon will decline. She’s not going to sell many copies of Revolution 60, if it’s ever released, unless she can rouse people to buy it for ideological reasons. So there’s her current situation.

But there is a possible solution, which Wu won’t take. If we look at her living arrangements, it seems quite obvious that she’s a kept wife. She’s a strong independent woman, the “Godzilla of feminists”, who don’t need no man, except for being entirely financially dependant on him.

She has no income outside of victim bux. Frank is bankrolling GSX in the same way that a rich husband might fund a boutique for his wife so she can have her own little business, which in most cases runs at a loss. Maybe Wu is receiving money from her parents? Either way, she’s a kept woman. She has no marketable talents, and has rendered herself unemployable even by Gawker standards. She’s fucked if Frank ever gets tired of bumping testicles with her, or at least would then rely entirely on her wealthy parents. Is she even in contact with them?

Financially she's set. She could withdraw from controversy and actually spend her time developing games, instead of rabble-rousing for her Patreon. She’ll never make a decent living from games, but she doesn’t have to. She has others to pay the bills while she fiddles around with her hobbies. Keep Frank happy, don’t seek out controversy, and the little wife could get on just fine. Her parents will die, and presumably leave her the spoils, so she doesn't even need to earn an income.
