So out of boredom I decided to do a google search for Bri to see if there was any funny troll art. After looking around I didn't see any art, but a bunch of pictures from articles kissing her ass. It really made me think, even when the source is trying to paint her in a good light she still looks fucking braindead. I know making fun of her appearance has been done to death but It's pretty hilarious just how unphotogenic she is, I mean just look at this shit

image.jpg

It's one of the better pictures I could find and she still looks like a living parody drawing of herself.

I've suspected for quite a while that Brianna's autistic because it's clear she has no idea how facial expressions are supposed to work.

I'm kind of surprised you can get a game through Greenlight, disable discussion, and then just sit on the project with no updates via Steam.

It takes a $100 free to toss up as many projects as you want so I'm curious if it's possible for someone to snipe the game title or a variation just to fuck with Wu. Call it "Revolutionary Sixty" then just show screenshots made in MS paint or make a short text-based game about a character doing everything to avoid porting a game.

Call it "Revolutionary Sixty-nine", have the gameplay be essentially the same as Custer's Revenge only with Custer replaced by one of those Chinese clone soldiers form the original Revolution 60 and the Indian woman that Custer rapes replaced with Holiday. Maybe make the background more space/sci-fi themed.

Kinda hard to claim to be something you have no degrees to support and for which there is more than enough dox floating around to make an easy liar out of you over.

Wu tends to retreat from lies that are too easy to shoot down, this is just the latest one that has been discredited to hell and back.

If you want to use the term in the loosest manner possible, it TECHNICALLY fits since Wu is essentially compiling an Unreal project into an independent software package for release, which does create another piece of software, but that's only if you water down the definition to something that could easily apply to anyone who has used ANY game engine or any source code compiler program, which means Wu is not special by any definition.

As in, writing software code from the ground up, then no, Flynt is a pretentious jackass trying to sound important by falsely claiming that title to look more important than he is, and what he is doing only vaguely qualifies assuming he wrote most of his game code, which we know for a fact he didn't.

And, of course, Wu's alma mater, Ole Miss, doesn't even pretend to offer a degree in software engineering. In fact, only one class -- at the graduate level -- is offered in that discipline. The school does offer a B.A. and a B.S. in computer science, but Wu didn't earn either.

As I understand the discipline, software engineering involves using basic principles common in other fields of engineering to ensure that software is designed according to the highest possible standards of reliability and efficiency, including, but not limited to, producing code that will run with maximum speed on specific compilers and operating systems and even on specific hardware. This requires some serious math chops, and a little knowledge of electrical engineering doesn't hurt. Anyone -- let's use Wu as an example -- who claims to be a software engineer without having those skills is a fraud. As far as I can tell, Wu doesn't even meet the requirements to get an entry-level job as a programmer.

Without getting into any details, we've got more info to come once we get it (and Lolcow Wiki is back online).

Trust me, it's gonna be a hilarious time.

Finally caught up. Once again. Goddamn.

1 person in a fictional company. Apple has 3 female executives and 2 in the board of directors...
Should also be noted that Alexia Ashford was a manipulative, sadistic, megalomaniac that had no problem murdering countless people to attain what she wants.

So who wants to bet Johnny looks up to her as a role model?
I thought she'd be a bigger fan of Alfred. You know, with the whole dude-dressing-like-a-woman thing. :julay:

OH MAN DO I GET TO BRING THIS BACK

But then follows it up with "but I'm still right and more oppressed!"

Wu is the master of the non-apology.

I doubt he will, but if Markiplier, half-Korean, with his 11 million subscriber fanbase called her on her shit, that would be GLORIOUS.
It would, but Mark's way too nice.

And, of course, Wu's alma mater, Ole Miss, doesn't even pretend to offer a degree in software engineering. Etc etc

The degree for a software engineer is a bachelor's degree in computer science and/or computer science and engineering. Computer Science degrees are math-heavy, CS&E more so. Powerlevel, my major is computer science with additional focus in math. A graduate level course would go into the finer details of a specific niche, and a dedicated class to software engineering is common at graduate level.

That said, if you're able to pass a technical interview for employment despite not having the degree, it isn't unheard of to get the job, but that's becoming increasingly rare.

But we all already know Brianna can't do it. She doesn't have the degree or the skills, so she tries to pass herself off as this great thing but it's plainly obvious that she's got nothing backing her up to someone who has done the studying to get those skills.

I busted my ass to learn everything I know now, and when I see shit like this being pulled it makes my blood boil. She claims to be a champion for women in "tech," but she has done nothing at all, if she hasn't made it worse. I decided recently to be stupid and give up doing work that I sort of liked that would pay better to do game development, and this bitch going to make it harder for real women game devs, because she is going to claim that she has it oh-so-tough while having everything done for her and handed to her whIle she lies her ass off about every thing she can, and still not deliver her promised polished turd. Please.

Sorry for the venom, she really gets under my skin and I think I take it way too personally.

I'm a software engineer for 20+ years because I used to use a level editor to make Lode Runner levels.

It's one of the better pictures I could find and she still looks like a living parody drawing of herself.

This is yet another picture where the expression of the person next to the subject of the picture says a lot more. Seriously, that expression. That "who the fuck is this?" look.

She curls her lips over her teeth for some unknown reason.

That's why Wu looks so much like a turtle. So far as I know, there's nothing major wrong with the teeth.

Kiwis, we found something.... Incredible. Something hilarious, which contextualizes so much of John Walker Flynt and Brianna Wu that it plays perfectly into everything we know. I'm not going to reveal the biggest details yet - sparing that for the next big update - but I am going to give you a bit of an idea what it was.

If I had to give an overly-simplified synopsis in an icon: :stupid:

So apparently, Natalie O'Brien wasn't a one-off incident.

There was one that was far more in-depth - and infinitely funnier.

Ooooh, I used Notepad++ and the Unity editor to make mods for Kerbal Space Program. That makes me a Software Engineer for a game that is way more successful than Wu's, right? Should I give a Tedx talk about the importance of ensuring equal representation of female Kerbals in all of your space launches now?

You'd better deliver, man, or I am going to sit here and be mildly disappointed. You don't want that.
