Bah. Ignoring Wu's bug-eyes and the fact that she doesn't have lips... Kiva's portraits never look like whomever they're supposed to be due to same-face 'n all.I was going to send her a picture of Wu but she already did it for me.
That is some artistic liberty though.

Not quite. You missed the second sentence:![]()
I took one google search. FERPA appears to be about parents being able to protect the records of their UNDERAGE children.
"FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children's education records."
![]()
This means that FERPA applies to anyone over the age of 18 or who is enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution. Ergo, if someone attempted to access a student's college educational record without proper authorization, federal law per FERPA would make that illegal and require the institution to prevent such access.FERPA dijo:FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children's education records. These rights transfer to the student when he or she reaches the age of 18 or attends a school beyond the high school level.
Basically, all of the information retrieved so far about Wu's educational background has been 100% compliant with federal law. If someone tried to get access to Wu's class schedule, grades, disciplinary history, etc., then that would indeed be "blocked by FERPA," but all we needed to sink Wu's ship and reveal his lies was information that was readily available.FERPA dijo:Schools may disclose, without consent, "directory" information such as a student's name, address, telephone number, date and place of birth, honors and awards, and dates of attendance.
Who is she, anyway? Someone notable?Starting to wonder if KivaBay doesn't need their own thread, the sheer amount of lickspittle issued from her is downright autistic. It's like she's some bizarro world SJW Kengle.
Not to mention her insane level of whiteknighting for people for whom there is reams of evidence they are confirmed wastes of human flesh (like Wu and Nyberg)

She had a kickstarter or sommat to draw a feminist trading card deck featuring Wu, Nyberg, Randwhale and a bunch of others with really questionable histories.Who is she, anyway? Someone notable?

However, note these details:
