Ah, I couldn't understand why Wu's attempt to douse this fire was so piss-poor, even for her at first. She can't deny these allegations are true so the best she can do is take a parting shot at gamergate before disappearing until it hopefully goes away. This time, I don't think it will.

Acknowledging it directly would only draw people to the undeniable facts that undermine her severely which she can't afford. It's up to the likes of Milo to make it unavoidable.

...also she is trying to set up some sort of smoke screen, I guess.

first it was her trans friend killing herself when people told her she was being a sperg over her trans Samus headcannon, not its her friend being raped by her boss when everyone found out she didn't graduate college. For a feminist, it really seems like Wu is pretty willing to use the suffering of women to get herself to look good.

In all fairness, the names on that particular paper were supplied by @Norvic and not found out by the guys he used (here).

It doesn't make a difference though. The records indicate that Brianna Wu (who is, of course, a born woman!) did not attend either institution. If Wu wants to try to save at least some face and prove that college was at least attended, then saying "I attended under my birth name" is the only way to do it.
